Bulky Refuse Service

Bulky household items and quantities of green garden waste,
too large for the normal wheeled bin can be disposed of through
a free Saturday service.

The refuse collection vehicle will be situated:

Ford Lane lay-by opposite the Water Works 8am to 9am	Addington Trottiscliffe Rd. Lay-by opposite Golf Course. 9.30am to 10.30am	Addington Ad-Pine A20 11am to 12 noon
19th November	26th November	12th November
17th December	24th December	10th December
21st January	28th January	14th January

This service is for the collection of General Household Waste only. Commercial and Trade Waste will not be accepted.

The following items will not be accepted:

Electrical Items-including fridges & freezers, cookers, washing machines etc; TVs, computers & monitors.
Builder's waste, concrete and similar waste.
Vehicle Parts-including tyres, engines & batteries.
Oil, paint or other chemicals.
Asbestos.
Plasterboard.
Soil, rubble or bricks.
Glazed windows or toughened glass
Water tanks, boilers or iron/steel baths.

Large Electrical items can be collected by the Bulky Waste Service by calling 01732 876147.

Large items (such as bed bases and wardrobes) should be broken down in advance so as not to damage the freighter's mechanism.

Please do not leave items if the site is unattended.
